the Godfrey Update is our library newsletter. In it you will find interesting
articles, a behind the scenes look at Godfrey, a Calendar of Upcoming Events,
and more tips and hints to help you make the most of your Godfrey
subscription. If you have difficulty downloading and viewing the Update on your
computer please call the library to recieve a complimentary hard copy. If you would like
to submit an article to be considered for publication in our Update, scroll down for more

How To Submit an Article for Publication
|
Godfrey Memorial Library invites you to submit genealogical,
biographical, and historical articles for consideration for publishing in a
future issue of the Godfrey Update. Please email your article to Nancy Thurrott at
nthurrott@godfrey.org.
Put "Update Article" in the subject header of the email. Articles should be
between 300 and 800 words in length. Previous permission is required for longer
articles. Articles may be edited for space consideration. Photos may be attached
for display with the article and will be used at our discretion. All photos should
be emailed as an attachment and be in .jpg format. Only those submitters whose
article is chosen for publication will be contacted by GML staff.
(All submissions are on a voluntary basis and will not be purchased.)
Your submission of an article grants us permission to publish it in the printed
or online version of the Godfrey Update.
