The Godfrey Library strives to maintain a welcoming environment that is conducive to research. Godfrey
members can use our materials onsite and online at no additional cost. Visitors can access materials on
site and online for a day user fee of $15 per day.
NOTE: The resources of the Family History Center
are available to the public free of charge.
We provide free WiFi and encourage members and visitors to bring their own laptops. Materials may be
photocopied for $.25 per sheet. Use of small cameras and cell phone cameras (without flash) is permitted.
When using the photocopier, patrons may also scan documents to a thumb drive free of charge.
The LIbrary Editions of Ancestry and MyHeritage, as well as the suite of databases of American Ancestors,
are available on site at no additional cost.
Any beverages brought into the library must be in covered containers. We urge special caution when
drinking from containers near books and computers.
Free parking is located at the rear of the building. One spot is reserved for Handicap Parking. The library
building is handicap accessible, although the restrooms are not.
Middletown and the neighboring town of Cromwell offer a wide variety of restaurants and lodging. Use your
favorite search engine or travel website to find a place to eat or stay within a 10-minute drive from the library.
